About me

I’m Gissel, an Access Bars® practitioner based in Mississauga, Ontario. My journey into holistic healing began when I first experienced the profound benefits of Access Bars for myself and my daughter. Witnessing its ability to release stress, shift limiting beliefs, and bring deep relaxation, I knew I had to share this incredible practice with others.

With a background as Clinical Nutritionist, Childbirth Educator-Doula, Angelic Coach and a passion for holistic wellness, I integrate my knowledge of both science and energy healing to help clients achieve greater mental, emotional, and physical balance. My practice is centered around creating a safe and welcoming space where you can let go of stress, elevate your level of consciousness, trust your inner wisdom, eliminate your limiting beliefs, and step into a more empowered version of yourself.
